You can also disable cookies. By modifying your browser preferences, you can accept or reject all cookies, or request a notification when a cookie is set.

Our web servers recognize your IP address and geographical location and information about your web browser and operating system. We may collect and accumulate website visitor data relating to referring domain names, screen resolutions, color capabilities, browser plug-ins, language settings, cookie preferences, search engine keywords and JavaScript enablement.  We also may collect information about your browsing behavior, such as the date and time you visit, the areas or pages that you visit, the amount of time you spend viewing the website, the number of times you return to the website, other click-stream data, and emails that you open or click-through to our website.

We may deploy email campaigns which have a unique identifier passed through the URL to our website.  Where identification of a website visitor is possible through the capturing of the unique identifier, the data will be analyzed to determine campaign effectiveness in driving site traffic.

We employ no other identification tools on our website at this time.

Personal information is safeguarded on secured systems and is used only for the purpose or purposes stated.

If you have submitted your contact information into our website using the “Contact Us” or any similar form on our website, or provided it to us via telephone, email, or in-person exchanges, we may contact you in the future to communicate about the topic for which you submitted your information.  We may share some of this information with companies that we use to support Lextant’s marketing or hiring operations, such as our website analytics platforms (Google Analytics and Matomo), email platform (MailChimp), or staff recruiting platform. Only authorized Lextant employees, vendors, contractors or partners carrying out authorized business functions are allowed to access Lextant data.

The information provided by you is not sold or traded to any outside party, unless specifically and clearly stated on the form you complete, such as when we are hosting a survey on behalf of one of our clearly identified clients.
